주주맨션 개인정보처리방침
주주맨션("앱")은 주식 밈 커뮤니티 시각화 서비스로, 매매·중개·자산운용 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 본 방침은 앱이 수집·이용하는 정보와 그 처리 방식을 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 기기 식별자: 앱이 기기에서 무작위로 생성한 익명 ID(
UUID) — 계정 없이도 내 도시·보유종목·채팅을 잇기 위한 용도. 단말 고유 광고식별자가 아닙니다. - 푸시 토큰: 알림을 켠 경우에 한해 FCM 푸시 토큰(알림 발송용).
- 계정 정보(선택): 소셜 로그인(카카오/구글)을 사용한 경우 제공자가 주는 식별자와 닉네임. 로그인은 선택이며, 익명으로도 모든 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
- 이용자 생성 콘텐츠: 채팅 메시지, 닉네임, 직접 입력한 보유 종목·평단가 등 사용자가 입력한 값.
- 업로드 이미지: 채팅에 직접 첨부한 이미지(짤). 첨부는 선택이며, 서버에 저장되어 같은 방 이용자에게 표시됩니다.
- 안전·신고 기록: 커뮤니티 안전을 위해, 신고되거나 자동 필터에 의해 조치된 콘텐츠의 스냅샷(원문·작성자 식별자·조치 내역)과 관련 이미지를 제한된 기간 보관합니다.
- 기기 식별자 해시: 이용이 제한(밴)된 이용자가 앱을 재설치해 제재를 회피하는 것을 막기 위해, 기기 고유 식별자를 단방향 해시로 변환한 값만 저장합니다(원본 식별자는 저장하지 않으며, 광고 추적에 사용하지 않습니다).
- 진단·사용 통계(익명): 서비스 안정화·개선을 위해 오류 진단 정보(오류 메시지·발생 위치)와 익명 집계 사용 통계(기능별 사용 횟수)를 자체 서버에만 수집합니다. 개인을 식별하지 않고, 제3자에게 제공하거나 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.
- 설정: 언어·알림 등 환경설정.
앱은 위치·연락처·마이크에 접근하지 않습니다(이미지 첨부 시 이용자가 직접 선택한 파일 또는 직접 촬영한 사진만 업로드됩니다). 진단·사용 통계는 위와 같이 자체 서버에서 익명 집계로만 수집하며, 광고를 제외한 제3자 추적 SDK는 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 광고
앱에는 두 종류의 광고가 있습니다.
- 직접 계약 광고: 도시의 옥상 광고판과 채팅 상단 배너에 표시되는 스폰서 이미지입니다. 이미지와 링크만 앱에 포함되어 있으며, 이 광고는 이용자 정보를 전혀 수집하지 않습니다. 누르면 외부 브라우저로 스폰서 페이지가 열립니다.
- Google AdMob 배너: 앱(iOS·Android) 화면 맨 아래에 고정되어 표시됩니다. 웹 브라우저로 접속한 경우에는 표시되지 않습니다.
AdMob 광고를 위해 Google 및 그 파트너는 광고 게재·측정·부정클릭 방지를 위해 기기 광고식별자(Android 광고 ID / iOS IDFA), 기기·앱 정보, 대략적 위치(IP 기반), 광고 상호작용 기록 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 Google이 처리하며 운영자는 개별 이용자 단위로 열람하지 않습니다(운영자는 집계된 노출·수익 통계만 봅니다). Google의 처리 방식은 Google의 파트너 사이트·앱 정보 처리 안내를 참고하세요.
맞춤광고를 끄는 방법
- Android: 설정 > Google > 광고 > 광고 개인 최적화 삭제(또는 광고 ID 삭제)
- iOS: 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적 > 해당 앱의 추적 허용 끄기. 앱을 처음 실행할 때 뜨는 추적 요청에서 추적 요청 거부를 선택해도 됩니다.
어느 쪽을 선택해도 앱은 그대로 이용할 수 있으며, 광고가 맞춤형이 아닌 것으로 바뀔 뿐입니다.
만 14세 미만 이용자 — 광고가 처음 표시되기 전에 만 14세 미만인지 한 번 확인합니다. 미만이라고 답한 경우 해당 기기에서는 맞춤광고를 끄고, 아동 대상 처리(tagForChildDirectedTreatment·tagForUnderAgeOfConsent)를 적용하며 광고 콘텐츠 등급을 전체이용가로 제한합니다. 🔴 생년월일은 묻지도 저장하지도 않으며, "아동 여부" 한 가지 값만 기기에 저장하고 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
3. 이용 목적
- 도시 시각화·채팅 등 핵심 기능 제공 및 동기화
- 이용자가 켠 경우의 알림 발송
- 욕설·스팸 차단 등 커뮤니티 안전 및 어뷰즈 방지
4. 제3자 제공·처리위탁
수집한 정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 다음을 이용합니다.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — 푸시 알림 전송
- Google AdMob — 앱 하단 배너 광고 게재·측정
- Cloudflare — 서버·저장소(Workers/Durable Objects/KV) 인프라
- 카카오·구글 — 소셜 로그인을 사용한 경우의 인증
5. 보관 및 파기
정보는 서비스 제공에 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다. 일정 기간 활동이 없는 방·건물 데이터는 자동 정리됩니다. 안전·신고 기록은 최대 90일 보관 후 자동 파기됩니다(분쟁·수사 대응 및 재발 방지 목적). 계정 또는 데이터 삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요(로그인 기능 활성화 시 앱 내 계정 삭제도 제공). 요청 시 해당 식별자에 연결된 보유종목·채팅·푸시 토큰·계정 정보를 삭제합니다.
6. 보안
모든 통신은 HTTPS/WSS로 암호화됩니다.
7. 아동
본 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만이라고 답한 이용자에게는 위 2. 광고에 적은 대로 광고를 제한합니다.
8. 변경
본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다.

JUJU mansion Privacy Policy
JUJU mansion ("the App") is a stock-meme community visualization service. It provides no trading, brokerage, or asset-management features. This policy explains what the App collects and how it is used.
1. Information we collect
- Device identifier: a random anonymous ID (UUID) generated on your device to link your city, holdings, and chat without an account. Not an advertising identifier.
- Push token: an FCM push token, only if you enable notifications.
- Account info (optional): if you use social login (Kakao/Google), the provider identifier and nickname. Login is optional; all features work anonymously.
- User-generated content: chat messages, nickname, and the tickers/average prices you enter.
- Uploaded images: images you attach in chat. Attaching is optional; they are stored on our server and shown to users in the same room.
- Safety / report records: for community safety, snapshots of reported or auto-filtered content (original text, author identifier, action taken) and related images are retained for a limited period.
- Device identifier hash: to prevent a restricted (banned) user from evading enforcement by reinstalling, we store only a one-way hash of the device identifier (never the raw identifier, and not used for advertising tracking).
- Diagnostics & anonymous usage (aggregate): to keep the service stable and improve it, we collect error diagnostics (error message and location) and anonymous aggregate usage counts (how often features are used) on our own servers only. This does not identify you and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.
- Settings: language and notification preferences.
The App does not access location, contacts, or microphone (image attachments upload only the file you choose or the photo you take). Diagnostics and usage stats are collected only as anonymous aggregates on our own servers, and we use no third-party tracking SDKs other than advertising, described next.
2. Advertising
The App carries two kinds of ads.
- Direct-sold ads: sponsor images on the city rooftop billboard and at the top of the chat panel. Only an image and a link are bundled in the App, and these ads collect nothing about you. Tapping one opens the sponsor page in your browser.
- Google AdMob banner: shown pinned to the bottom of the screen in the iOS and Android apps. It is not shown when you use the App in a web browser.
For AdMob, Google and its partners may process your device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), device and app information, approximate location (from IP), and ad interaction history in order to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. This is processed by Google; the operator does not view it per-user (we see only aggregate impression and revenue statistics). How to turn off personalized ads
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (or opt out of ads personalization).
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and turn off tracking for this App. You may also decline the tracking prompt shown on first launch.
Either way the App keeps working; the ads simply become non-personalized.
Users under 14 — before the first ad is shown we ask once whether you are under 14. If you answer yes, that device gets non-personalized ads, child-directed treatment (tagForChildDirectedTreatment / tagForUnderAgeOfConsent), and ad content limited to a General rating. We never ask for or store your date of birth — only the single "is a child" answer, kept on the device and never sent to our server.
3. How we use it
- Provide and sync core features (city, chat)
- Send notifications you opted into
- Community safety and abuse prevention
4. Sharing / processors
We do not sell your information. We use, only as needed to run the service: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push delivery), Google AdMob (bottom banner ad serving and measurement), Cloudflare (server/storage infrastructure), and Kakao/Google (authentication if you log in).
5. Retention & deletion
We retain data as needed to provide the service; idle rooms/buildings are auto-pruned. Safety/report records are retained up to 90 days, then auto-deleted (for dispute/law-enforcement response and abuse prevention). To delete your account or data, contact us below (in-app account deletion is provided once login is enabled). We then delete holdings, chat, push token, and account info linked to that identifier.
6. Security
All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/WSS.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect their data. If a user indicates they are under 14, advertising is restricted as described in section 2.

We may update this policy; changes are posted on this page.
